Verify identities through NIRA-linked processes to prevent rental fraud.
Generate legally compliant tenancy agreements and receipts as per the Landlord and Tenant Act 2022.
Send automated payment reminders and maintenance notifications via SMS and Push.
Improve our platform functionality and user experience through data analysis.

Service Providers: Payment gateways (CashChat, MTN, Airtel) and SMS providers.
